Improve Well Being


Our Healing Arts program, a part of the Integrative Medicine Program, helps participants increase energy, gain flexibility, reduce stress and pain, and improve overall well being.

 

The Northridge Hospital Integrative Medicine Program provides the highest quality medical care by combining state-of-the-art Western medicine with science-based alternative and complementary therapies. This program is under the direction of a Board-certified physician who specializes in Integrative Medicine and treatment.

Registration is required, just call 818-885-8500, ext. 2855 for information and registration. Classes include a variety of topics including:

  • Meditative Minutes
  • Yoga
  • Self-Hypnosis (beginning and advanced classes)
  • Guided Imagery
  • Cooking for Good Health
